Driving: Current mileage rate to/from event
(calculated on
MapQuest), lodging and meals (if required)
Flying:
cheapest available plus airport parking/mileage/extra baggage fee
($100.00 flat rate),
lodging and meals (if required). Typically, we make our own flight
arrangements.
Deposit: Once a date is agreed upon,
there is a $200.00 deposit fee due within 30 days, along with the
completed Booking Event Form.
The remainder, plus
any travel expenses,
etc, will be calculated and agreed upon prior to the event. Final
payment is due at the conclusion of the event.
Note: Once we
receive your booking form and deposit check we will send you the
materials needed to help promote your event.!
Cancellation: Should you have to cancel your
event, your deposit will not be refunded and any airfare already
purchased will need to be reimbursed.
Rescheduling your event: If you need to
reschedule your event, and we are available, there will be no charge
for rescheduling (airfare adjustments not included).
